Blue Moon Computers offers various types of support to our valued customers:
Walk-In Repair Service: Blue Moon Computers services all of our walk-in customers within our state of the art , on-site, lower level service center. We have the area's lowest repair pricing structure (flat rate, NOT HOURLY) and offer the most comprehensive repair service for the dollar. If an equipment analysis is requested at the time of drop-off, the analysis fee paid IS APPLIED to the final flat rate, repair price. No gimmicks! If you can't make it into our shop for service, we do offer pick-up/delivery service* (within a 5 mile radius of our business) for an additional $45 fee.
Contract Service: Blue Moon Computers offers several types of walk-in (contracted) service plans. These plans range from monthly/quarterly/semi-annual or annual maintenance/repair of a single computer or numerous computers. These support plans include emergency service, telephone technical support/remote repair and routine scheduled maintenance. The benefit of these contracted service plans is that they offer payment flexibility, a substantial monetary savings over multiple per incident, walk-in repairs and the peace of mind of having scheduled preventative maintenance with FREE emergency repair service if need be. These plans are custom designed for you and your needs based on your type of equipment, frequency of repair, desired frequency of scheduled maintenance, etc.
